After all the summer frenzy, October is a great month to enjoy a calm island in all its grandeur.

Thanks to the mild temperatures that prevail through autumn and winter, the ‘Pitiuses islands’ (islands of pines in Greek), remain in a constant spring.

The island remains green, the meadows littered with yellow flowers, flowering almond-trees and fruit trees ready for harvest.

The mild weather, around 20ºC degrees, is ideal for walking and discovering all those magical places that are difficult to visit in full summer, due to too many people and too much heat.
