Survival kit for your August holiday

On your marks, suitcases … Go!

If you are one of those who are planning a trip during August or have already planned it, read carefully. From my experience as a hotel room I’m bringing you a survival kit for travelling in August, enjoying it to the fullest and suffering the least.

The first thing is to leave worries back home. The next steps are detailed below.

Plan, plan, plan

Beginning with the flights, the sooner you can buy them, the better. If not, be very attentive to last minute offers. You don’t know the amount of clients that come with last minute offers. They are my favorite because they arrive hot and flustered by the rush but after a few hours they feel at home. That’s how we are in azuLine Hotels.

Both Ibiza and Mallorca are islands to be discovered. Don’t forget transport options you have in each one of them.

If you are family renting a car will be the best option.  Children don’t really understand schedules, do they? Well, with a car that will no longer be a concern.

For those who prefer not to drive or are more interested in nightlife, buses and taxis will be a good option. There are many taxi stops near our hotels as well as night bus lines. And if you need to go from the hotel to the airport you can book our transfer.

Make good friends with local schedules

Recommendations for the most ‘beachy’ of you are not to be missed.  Be aware that peak beach hours are between 12 noon and 6pm, so it is best to arrive earlier to get a place. The water of the sea, luckily, does not have schedules so you can always enjoy it without problems.

As for what to see in Ibiza or Mallorca I have already written some posts. I’d like to stress that the more you plan it, the better. Booking tables in restaurants, opening times sites, shopping hours …
