Ibiza has kicked off the 2017 season with big events and the openings of the most ‘hot’ up-to-date clubs on the island.

The events and celebrations in Ibiza happen practically every day from the beginning of June, which is why the nightlife leisure agenda is so very varied. You will have as many possibilities to choose from shirts to wear.

Festivities of San Juan in Ibiza

San Juan is celebrated on the night of 23/24 June. Ibiza is one of the best destinations to celebrate the shortest and most magical night of the year.There are different places to choose from to celebrate this celebration.

At the Figueretas beach, you will find “La Nit de Sant Joan”, where around a giant bonfire you will find live music, workshops for children, a craft market and an original pyrotechnic show in which demons parade around throwing fire and sowing terror into the atmosphere.  In the village of Sant Joan de Ibiza,  you will find a great celebration accompanied by your traditional “Flower Power party” as you skip the bonfire to leave behind a stage of your life and welcome a new one. But if you really want a big party on the beach with a mass of people, the best option is to go to Talamanca beach.

Mimi Barber live

You will find Mimi Barber on the best stages of Ibiza. The singer stands out for her incredible voice and her great style between rhythm and blues and the best black music. Mimi hails from the Canary Islands and is resident in Ibiza, she has participated in “La Voz” (The Voice), the famous TV program. You will be able to find the singer from 22:00 hours, performing on Tuesdays at the azuLine Hotel Bergantin, on Fridays at the AzuLine Hotel Atlantic and on Sundays at the azuLine Hotel Coral Beach.

Lugotti, the saxophonist

Luis Gutiérrez, known as Lugotti, has played the saxophone since he was 12 years old. His jazz mixed with black and electronic music make his shows unique and indispensable; something that will captivate you instantly. You can enjoy his shows on Tuesdays 5pm at the AzuLine Club Cala Martina Ibiza, on Wednesdays 9pm at the AzuLine Hotel Mar Amantis, on Thursdays 8pm at the AzuLine Hotel Bergantin, and on Sundays 3pm at the AzuLine Hotel Pacific and 9pm at the Sa Flama Restaurant.

“The Row” at Amnesia

The Row is a mix of the best electronic music along with wild, colourful stages and with diverse themes full of creativity on the dance floor. A legendary party in Ibiza that showed its roots in the sala Vista Club of Privilege in 2012, it later became a typical scenario of the now Hi Ibiza (formerly Space), to become, this year, a unique party that Amnesia offers every Saturday from June 3 to September 30.

“Silver M” at Privilege

Dj Fatima Hajji has counted on the Privilege nightclub to bring her Techno music for three great summer nights, where she will create a unique and exclusive party atmosphere for all lovers of quality techno sound full of vitality. The Spanish production company will bring the project to Ibiza on 13 and 27 June.  They will also be here on September 26 of this season. Of course, there will also be invited artists such as Christian Smith, Mark Reeve, Umek or D-Unity.

“Solomun + 1” at Pacha

The fifth season of this party becomes reality in Ibiza. The opening took place on 28 May and will continue to dominate on Sundays in Pacha until the closing, on October 15. This summer will feature guest Dj’s such as Damian Lazarus, Mano Le Tough or Matthew Dear. The music varies according to the invited artist, something that undoubtedly promises, during this summer, to be one of the best options for all lovers of electronic music.

“In de Dark” at Hï Ibiza

In the dark or dancing with wolves? Thursday nights in Hi will be focused on unique parties of an electronic nature with an endless number of invited Dj´s who will create an atmosphere on the dance floor as wolves in the night of the most ‘underground’. Among them will be Luciano, Steve Lawler and Joris Voorn. You can enjoy this party on Thursdays from 8 June to 28 September. This fiesta will make the original underground spirit of the island live on.
