We are looking for guests to stay at our first hotel in Mallorca for free.

And it’s as easy as posting a comment on what should a perfect hotel have? on our Facebook post HOLIDAYS IN MALLORCA. You will automatically enter our contest to win a super holiday at the Hotel Bahamas.

Contest Rules and Regulations:

1. Contest description

Contest begins July 15 and ends October 1, 2016.

This contest is organized by AZULINE HOTELS and is eligible for all entrants posting a a comment to this post on Facebook: HOLIDAYS IN MALLORCA.

2. Eligibility

This contest is open to entrants, 18 years or over at the time of posting the comment, from all over the world. Participants must have a Facebook account and follow @azulinehotels

3. Judging and notification

Entries will be prejudged and the most original comment will be selected by AZULINE HOTELS staff after the deadline. The winner will be notified by a direct message on Facebook and the winning comment will be shared in @azulinehotels with a mention to the winner.

If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 72 hours from the time the award notification was sent, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.

4. Prize and conditions of acceptance

The winner will be contacted by AZULINE HOTELS and will be asked to explicitly accept the prize and the the terms and conditions. The prize consists of 3 nights half board for two people in the azuLine Hotel Bahamas in Mallorca on the months of May, June, September or October 2017. The stay must be booked a month in advance and is is subject to room availability. The stay is non- transferable or exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Publicity release

The winner grants AZULINE HOTELS the right and permission to publicise, broadcast and use, worldwide and in any media, at any time or times, the winner’s full name, the winning comment and his condition as winner, for further reproduction and public communication without additional consideration, compensation, permission or notification. The winner is responsible for obtaining any and all releases and consents necessary to permit the use and exhibition of the Entry in the manner set forth in these terms and conditions.

6. Comments

Inappropriate comments that contain but are not limited to using offensive, injurious, obscene, vindictive, illegal, indecent, immoral, aggressive, sexually oriented, racist, derisive, slanderous, discriminatory or any other element AZULINE HOTELS deems in its sole discretion to be otherwise unacceptable will be immediately removed and contestant will be disqualified.

By entering this contest, the entrant represents and warrants that the entry is an original work of authorship and does not violate any third party’s proprietary or intellectual property.

7. Acceptance of Terms and Sponsor’s Reservation of Rights

Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these terms and Conditions.

Sponsor reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions if the contest is compromised by fraud or or misconduct. In the event of modification, changes will be publicised in the same degree as these terms and conditions.

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorse or administered by, or associated with Facebook. By entering the entrant forever discharges and releases Facebook form any liability, claims, limitation, responsibility for property damage resulting form or in connection with participating in the contest.
